3 Light distribution performance and light color 3.1 The luminous intensity of the light emitted by the position light and the brake light along the test reference axis should meet the requirements of Table 5.

3.2 The minimum visibility of the geometric visibility of position lights and brake lights shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapters 8 to 11 of GB 4785 within the minimum angular range of geometric visibility. The luminous intensity shall comply with the following provisions:
3.2.1 In the other measurement directions shown in the figure, the luminous intensity shall not be less than the product of the percentage in each measurement direction and the minimum luminous intensity specified in Table 5.

4 Test method 4.1 Test darkroom, equipment and equipment shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1 of GB 4599-84.
4.2 The light distribution measurement shall be carried out under the luminous flux specified in Tables 1 to 4.
4. 3 The measured distance shall be in accordance with the law that the illumination is inversely proportional to the square of the distance.
4.4 The measuring equipment used shall ensure that the angle of the receiver aperture to the test reference center of the lamp is between 10' and 1°.
4.5 The luminous intensity in any measurement direction in the measurement chart shall be such that the angular deviation is not more than 1/4°.
4.6 When visually finding that there is a significant local change in luminous intensity, it should be ensured that the luminous intensity between two adjacent test directions in the figure meets the following requirements:
4.6.1 The minimum value is not less than 50% of the lower of the minimum specified luminous intensity in the two test directions.
4. 6.2 The maximum value is not higher than the linear insertion value between the luminous intensity values ​​in the two test directions.
4.7 When the light color is yellow, amber or red, the measurement should ensure that the light bulb continuously emits light.

5 Inspection rules
5.1 Product identification 5.1.1 Product identification The manufacturer and the product technical specification shall be provided by the manufacturer. The book shall state the type of the product and the geometric position indicating the installation of the product on the vehicle, the test reference axis and the test reference center. . For brake lights with two illumination levels, the book should include a layout and indicate two lighting level system characteristics.
5. l.2 For products that are installed differently in any of the vehicles, the sample may be the same product that is only suitable for installation on the right or left side of the vehicle.
5. 1. 3 According to the test method of Chapter 4 of this standard, and meet the requirements of Chapter 3, the light distribution performance of the product is qualified. 5.2 Inspection of mass-produced products 5.2.1 For mass-produced products, the minimum luminous intensity in the test reference axis and each specified measurement direction shall not be lower than those in Articles 3.1 and 3.2.1. 80% of the minimum value specified in the paragraph, the rest are in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3.
5.2.2 The number of tests for mass-produced products shall be agreed between the manufacturer and the user according to the actual situation.
5.2.3 Inspection according to the test method in Chapter 4 of this standard, and 90% of the products meet the requirements of paragraph 5.2.1. It is considered that the mass production performance of the mass production products is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.
