Electronic massager circuit principle

The 220 V mains is closed by the power switch SB, the resistors R1 and R2, and the potentiometer RP constitutes a voltage dividing circuit, and the capacitor C3 is charged after the voltage is divided. When C3 is charged to a certain value, the bidirectional diode VD5 is turned on, and a trigger pulse voltage is output to the triac VS trigger pole, the VS is triggered to conduct, and the output end outputs a controlled pulsating DC voltage to supply the DC motor M. The motor M is rotated by electricity to drive the massage head to perform a massage action.
Changing the resistance of the potentiometer RP, that is, changing the charging time constant of C3, essentially changes the conduction angle of the triac VS, and realizes the regulation of the speed of the direct current motor M.
The switch ST is a DC motor M steering control switch, and when ST selects "forward", the DC motor M rotates clockwise. When "reverse" is selected, the motor current direction is changed by changing the direction of the motor current, and the direct current motor M is rotated counterclockwise.
