Installation of KYN28-12 central cabinet switchgear
1. According to the engineering needs and drawings, the switch cabinets are transported to their specific locations. If a row of long switch cabinets is arranged (for more than 10 units), the cabinet work should start from the middle.
2. With a specific means of transport such as a crane or forklift, it is strictly forbidden to use a roller crowbar.
3. Pull out the circuit breaker handcart from the switchgear and keep it in a safe place.
4. Loosen the fixing bolts in front of the busbar compartment and remove the vertical partition 9.
The fixing bolt loosening off the passage compartment below the horizontal partition 19, and remove the horizontal partition.
6. Loosen and remove the bottom plate 16.
7. Remove the cover plates 1, 2 from the control slot on the left side of the switchgear. The right front control slot plate is also removed at the same time.
8. On the basis of installing the switchgear one by one, including horizontal and vertical aspects, the installation accuracy of the switchgear shall not exceed 2mm.
9. When the switchgear cabinet is fully assembled (spliced), it can be connected to the base channel steel by ground screw or welded to the base channel steel by electric welding.
