NVC Lighting today held a general meeting of shareholders in Hong Kong to vote on “Removal of Wu Changjiang’s directorship and his duties in any committee of the company’s board of directorsâ€.
The results showed that the shareholders' meeting passed a resolution of “removing Wu Changjiang's directorship and his duties in any committee of the company's board of directors†with a large proportion of votes. This indicates that the founder of NVC Lighting, Wu Changjiang, who was the last of the original "NVC" executives on the board of directors of NVC Lighting and its subsidiaries, was thoroughly cleaned from NVC lighting.
Earlier, Wang Donglei, the chairman of the recall proposal, said that Schneider and Softbank Saifu had given him very big support. According to the data, from the perspective of equity structure, the shareholding ratios of the top three shareholders of Dehao Runda, Saifu and Schneider are 27.1%, 18.5% and 9.22% respectively.
