HDR technology allows TV screens to optimize brightness based on colors to provide vivid display effects. The HDR10+ technology is the latest standard advocated by technology companies such as Samsung.

Samsung cooperated with Japan's Panasonic Corporation and American entertainment giant 20th Century Fox to form a joint company called HDR10+Technology LLC to promote the popularization of the new standard.

Samsung said that HDR10+ has been expanding its market share, and TP Vision, which produces Philips-branded TVs, has also adopted this standard in its premium products.

In addition, Warner Bros. and 20th Century Fox also plan to launch HDR10+-based content in the near future. As a major video-on-demand service provider in Europe, Rakuten TV currently plans to work with Samsung to provide HDR10+ content to its viewers.
