TI launches Code Composer Studio tool supporting Stellaris MCU series
Recently, Texas Instruments (TI) announced that its Stellaris ARM Cortex-M3 MCU will be fully supported by the Code Composer Studio (CCStudio) v4 integrated development environment, and immediately launched 8 new Stellaris MCU evaluation kits using CCStudio v4 through standard distribution channels. As a result, the design is significantly simplified by continuously expanding its software and tools. Based on the Eclipse framework, CCStudio v4 is compatible with the entire TI microprocessor product line, thus providing developers with a unified and familiar user interface that can easily complete each step of the application development process. Code Composer Studio v4 tools are currently available for all TI's embedded microprocessor product lines with CCStudio v4 Platinum Microprocessor License.
