1. If the gas to be treated is high-temperature gas, use a high-temperature, non-flammable dust filter bag.

2. When dealing with flammable and explosive dust, dust filter bags use high temperature or non-flammable materials.

3. For dust removal systems where there is a risk of burning or explosion dust and flammable debris, use a dust collector that does not generate sparks and static electricity.

4. Dust that can form an explosive mixture when in contact with water. Wet dust removal equipment cannot be used.

5. Set a combustion chamber or Mars trap in front of the bag filter to completely burn unburned dust and gas or trap Mars.

6. The use of explosion-proof motor equipment, the treatment of combustible gases must be installed alarm and automatic parking system.

7. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the workshop and prevent the accumulation of dust in the workshop and dust inside the dust collector so as to avoid spontaneous combustion and explosion of the dust.

8. Set explosion-proof pressure relief vents at the necessary places of the dust removal system to prevent explosions due to excessive pressure. Install lightning protection measures outdoors and install lightning rods.

9. To prevent the sundries in the airflow from hitting the impeller and the casing, sparks must be installed behind the dust collector.

10. The use of measures to prevent static electricity from accumulating for the bag filter shall be added. Each part shall be grounded with a conductive material, or a conductive fiber may be added during the manufacture of the filter material.
