1. Project Overview and Bidding Scope
1.1 Project location: Yucheng Street, Youyang County
1.2 Project Scale: The Fenhe Bridge is located at the Old 205 National Road across the Xinyi River. The bridge is 1269.26 meters long and consists of two old and new bridges. The east side of the old bridge is 8.5 meters wide. The superstructure is a double arch and the west side is T-shaped. The bridge has a width of 14.5 meters and the superstructure is a simple-supported T-beam. The distance between the two bridges is 3 meters and the total width of the section is 26.5 meters. It is now ready to build a new 8.5-meter-wide bridge 3 meters west of the existing T-beam bridge (upstream) and at the same time repair and reinforce the existing bridge.

(2) After the project is handed over and accepted, the contractor pays the designer 35% of the survey design fee and 5% of the warranty money.
1.6 The budget price of the project is 2,588,400 yuan, and the maximum price is 2.04 million yuan, which is higher than or equal to the value-for-service standard of the ceiling price.
