Start the ModelSim software directly, the interface is as follows:
Three points:
1) If the mouse clicks on the section marked as 1, then click File as shown below:
It can be seen that the open option is available. Click open to open source files such as .v and .vhdl.
2) If the mouse clicks on the parts marked 2 and 3, then click File as shown below:
It can be seen that the open option is available. Click open to open the .wlf waveform file.

3) The import option is to load the library, never used.
The .do file needs to be saved by itself, execute File--Save Format..., and the default name saved is wave.do;
The .wlf file does not need to be saved by itself. After the simulation, there will automatically be a vsim.wlf file in your directory, which will save the waveform of the latest simulation.
