What is the workflow of the heat pump water heater?

The working principle of the heat pump is basically the same as that of the household air conditioner and the refrigerator. It is in the evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve through the mobile medium (previously Freon, replaced by the alternative Freon products). A cycle of gas phase changes (boiling and condensation) to transfer heat from a low temperature object to a high temperature object.
The specific working process is as follows: 1 The superheated liquid medium absorbs the heat of the low temperature object in the evaporator and evaporates into a gas medium. 2 The gas medium from the evaporator is compressed by the liquid compressor and becomes a high temperature and high pressure gas medium. 3 The high temperature and high pressure gas medium releases the heat energy to the high temperature object in the condenser, and at the same time becomes the high pressure liquid medium. 4 The high pressure liquid medium decompresses in the expansion valve, then becomes the superheated liquid medium, enters the evaporator, and circulates the initial process.
The performance of a heat pump is generally evaluated by a coefficient of achievement (COP). The coefficient of achievement is defined as the ratio of the heat transferred from the cryogenic object to the high temperature medium to the required power, ie the ratio of the heat produced to the input power. Usually, the heat pump has a coefficient of achievement of about 3-4, that is, the heat pump can transfer 3 to 4 times of the energy required by the heat pump from the low temperature object to the high temperature object. Europe, the United States and Japan are competing to develop new heat pumps. It is reported that the performance index of the new heat pump can be 6 to 8. If this number can be universalized, this means that energy will be used more efficiently. The popularity of heat pumps will also be dramatically improved. At present, the maximum output temperature of the heat pump is about 110 degrees. Above this temperature, there is a danger that the media will be decomposed.
Because Freon has a destructive effect on the earth's atmospheric ozone, in order to protect the earth's ecological environment, in addition to improving the carbon pump's realization coefficient and effectively utilizing energy, sciences in various countries are also committed to the development of new types of frozen media. The media that has replaced Freon has been applied.
The heat pump hot water system includes a heat pump main unit and a heat exchange water storage tank. The main part of the heat pump includes an air-cooled evaporator, a compressor and an expansion valve; the heat exchange water storage tank is a hot water storage tank with a built-in condensing coil. The refrigerant (working fluid) absorbs heat in the ambient air in the evaporation tube, and the heat is released from the water tank by the condensing coil through the heat pump cycle to heat the water in the water tank.
To understand the working principle of the heat pump, we must first understand the working principle of the refrigeration system. The refrigeration system (compressed refrigeration) generally consists of four parts: a compressor, a condenser, a throttle valve, and an evaporator. The working process is as follows: a low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant (for example, Freon), which first absorbs heat and vaporizes from a low temperature heat source (for example, chilled water) in the evaporator. The compressor then extracts the vaporized refrigerant gas in the evaporator and compresses it into the condenser, at which time the refrigerant gas becomes a high temperature and high pressure gas. The high temperature and high pressure gas is cooled and condensed into a liquid in a condenser by a high temperature heat source (for example, cooling water) to become a high temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant. The throttle valve is then intercepted into a low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant. This completes a refrigeration cycle.
For a split heat pump air conditioner, in the summer cooling, the condenser is placed outdoors, and the evaporator is placed indoors. The heat in the room is transferred to the outside during operation. In the winter, the evaporator is placed outdoors, and the condenser is placed indoors, so that the outdoor heat is delivered to the room. Of course, we will not disassemble the equipment when the season is changed. Instead, the evaporator and the condenser are transposed by the physic switching valve.
There is a four-way reversing valve inside the heat pump air conditioner. In the cooling condition, the indoor heat exchanger is the evaporator, and the outdoor heat exchanger (the thing that exhales the hot air in the summer) is the condenser. During the heating in winter, the four-way reversing valve switches to change the flow direction of the refrigerant. At this time, the indoor heat exchanger is the condenser, and the outdoor heat exchanger (the thing that exhales the cold wind in the winter) is the evaporator. Due to the cold wind coming out in the winter, the heat exchanger should be frosted, so when the frosting reaches a certain level, the four-way reversing valve switches, the air conditioner becomes the summer cooling condition, and the outdoor heat exchanger gets the heat, defrosting, and defrosting. After the completion, the four-way valve switches to the heating state. At the time of defrosting, in order to prevent the cold air from being blown into the room, the fan of the indoor unit is stopped.
The heat pump is a refrigeration system that supplies heat from the condenser to heat it. It is called a “heat multiplier”. In the household heating and cooling air conditioners that are widely used in the market, heat pump heating has been widely applied, and the heating coefficient thereof has been as high as three or more. Then, using the principle of the heat pump to make hot water, the hot water obtained by one degree of electricity is more than the hot water obtained by the ordinary electric water heater, which is beyond the reach of the traditional water heater. Plane Diffraction Grating

Planar gratings are mainly used for spectrum analysis and light wavelength measurement. It is an optical device composed of a large number of parallel slits of equal width and equal distance. There are many types of gratings. The commonly used grating is made by engraving a large number of parallel notches on the glass. The nicks are divided into opaque parts, and the smooth part between the two nicks can transmit light. The exquisite grating produced by our company has thousands to tens of thousands of nicks within 1CM width, and the light passes through the grating. The resulting spectrum is the result of single-slit diffraction and multi-slit interference.
