Pay attention to the following issues when using and servicing automatic circuit breakers:
(1) When breaking the automatic circuit breaker, the handle must be pulled toward the word “minuteâ€: when it is closed, push the handle to the “closed†position. If the automatic circuit breaker must be reclosed after being automatically tripped, first push the handle to the “minute†position to reset the automatic circuit breaker trip device, and then push the handle to the “closed†position.
(2) The automatic circuit breaker should be installed vertically. Before installation, check whether the main technical data shown on the nameplate of the automatic circuit breaker is consistent with the requirements for use.
(3) The power cord should be connected to the upper pile terminal at one end of the automatic circuit breaker arc extinguishing chamber. The maximum current that can be passed through the connecting wire must be greater than the rated current of the trip unit, otherwise the tripper performance will be affected by the wire overheating.
(4) The setting current of the overcurrent release in the automatic circuit breaker has been adjusted at the factory, and generally does not need to be adjusted. If the current used does not match the rated current of the trip unit, replace the corresponding switch.
(5) The upper and lower limits of the electromagnetic release of the automatic circuit breaker can be adjusted, and the general manufacturers are adjusted at the maximum position.
(6) Automatic circuit breakers generally need to be inspected and repaired once after several months to one year of use: If the rotating parts are not flexible, they can be lubricated with watch oil: after each time the automatic circuit breakers are tripped, the internal inspection should be turned on. Whether the head and the arc extinguishing chamber are good: check the excess stroke wear degree and whether the nut and screw are tightened, and whether the contact is welded. If the contact singeing is applied with a fine trowel, if there is metal particles and dust inside the circuit breaker, it should be cleaned. .
(7) Regularly check whether the grid of the arc extinguishing chamber has a short circuit, especially in the middle. If it is short-circuited by metal particles, it should be removed with a tool such as a trowel to avoid affecting the automatic circuit breaker when the short-circuit current is encountered again. Reliable break.
(8) Regularly check whether the armature of the electromagnetic trip unit is reliably supported on the iron core. If the armature has slipped out of the fulcrum, it should be re-inserted and checked whether the mechanism is flexible.
(9) During the installation or overhaul process, check whether all the screws of the circuit breaker are loose. If it is loose, tighten it to prevent the contact resistance from increasing and causing the contact to burn out.
(10) The automatic circuit breaker shall be installed in a power distribution cabinet without conductive dust, no corrosion, no moisture, no water, no vibration, no impact.
