1, design ideas
With the popularization of bank monitoring system digitization, various decentralized independent systems can no longer meet the needs of various aspects of security management. Bank monitoring and networking is imperative. If the establishment of separate monitoring systems for business outlets is a need for security, then the establishment of an integrated security networking system is the need for effective management and maintenance.
According to the author's understanding of the bank's security and science and technology departments and the study of the bank's existing systems, it is known that there are no national standards for banking networking systems in the industry, and only some of the trials in some large cities (such as Beijing and Shanghai) Industry norms, and many so-called bank networking products and solutions on the market do not meet the needs of establishing an "integrated management system."
The establishment of advanced and pragmatic design concepts is the foundation for the successful construction of the system. From the bank's point of view, the ultimate goal of an integrated management system should be to provide a platform. Under the management of this platform, all organizations (branches, branches, self-service banks, etc.), equipment (monitoring equipment, audio equipment, alarm equipment, storage equipment, etc.), systems (monitoring systems, alarm systems, access control systems), etc. All managed objects should be combined into one organism to serve the bank's monitoring and management goals in a coordinated manner. But it needs to be emphasized that this platform is not "all-powerful." When the platform is established, one can't unilaterally pursue a large and complete, pursue some seemingly functional modules instead of the specific business needs of the bank, just establish a platform for establishing a platform. Therefore, the design idea of ​​this system is based on the bank's original monitoring system to establish the following ideas:
(1) Moving back to the center of management authority
In the traditional monitoring system, front-end business network security personnel generally have administrator rights and can perform all operations of the monitoring system. After the establishment of the “Integrated Management Systemâ€, the front-line business network security personnel only has the “monitoring†permission for the real-time monitoring of the imager, video playback review, and alarm information query, and the permission for modification of all systems, including the setting of the recorder system, changes to the video data, The alarm system settings, etc., are all controlled and managed by the master control center.
All the bank's video data is stored in the DVR of each business outlet, which can effectively prevent the transmission of video data from being damaged or lost due to network failure. However, due to limited hard disk storage capacity (usually 31 days) and limited management mechanism, all video data faces two information security issues: First, the video data itself is safe. Once the video data cannot be found, it is difficult to clearly confirm. It is the staff's mistake operation, or the DVR equipment itself has problems; the other is the security of the video content, some video files involving major cases and business disputes, due to lack of effective supervision and spread to the society, will cause unexpected serious consequences. . The unified management of the central control center can effectively avoid the occurrence of similar incidents.
(2) Integrated system linkage to establish a management platform to facilitate policing management
The organic combination of video, audio, and alarm, with particular emphasis on the construction and integration of various access control systems, integrates the original 110 alarm system, and establishes a unified management platform. The bank's alarm system is generally linked to 110 alarms, but the high rate of false alarms has been a problem that has not been solved. Therefore, the industry has emerged as a secondary alarm service company. 2, system function
