I. Project Overview 1.1 Introduction

Since 2009, China's northern heating reform has really taken a step forward. In the next few years, the northern part of the country will accelerate the reform of heat metering. The heat metering will become the future heating in the north. A key aspect of the work, not only makes the charging of heating costs more reasonable but also avoids a lot of energy waste and environmental pollution. With the deepening of heating reform, the demand for heating metering and control equipment will form a huge market.

1.2 Project Background / Motivation

As the society continues to advance, people's requirements for living environment and quality of life are also increasing. Heating equipment has been widely used in residential buildings, commercial buildings, high-end office buildings and multi-purpose integrated buildings. However, in the charging method, similar heating mode is still used to charge the area by area. This method of charging cannot reflect the principle of “fair, reasonable and accurate measurement”. Charges are shared by area and do not reflect the actual energy consumption of users. This has formed the concept that users "use the same as use, use more and less," so that users never take the initiative to save energy. Regardless of whether it is needed or not, heating is always used, causing great waste. This extravagant heating mechanism also increases the degree of pollution to the environment.

According to incomplete statistics of relevant departments, there are several million boilers used for heating houses in China, and the annual trade settlement of heating is as high as several hundred billion yuan. Therefore, the existing heating system is technically modified to improve heating efficiency. The implementation of one household and one meter to charge heating costs will achieve great social and economic benefits in terms of resource utilization and environmental protection. Since the beginning of the 21st century, on the basis of upgrading the existing heating system, the state has forced the use of one household and one table heating mode for new buildings after 2000, and at the same time, the old heating building has been transformed into one household and one table, so now we are at The golden age of the development of heat metering and control equipment.

At present, the main heating metering products on the market are mainly divided into mechanical heat meters and ultrasonic heat meters, and the ultrasonic heat meters have become more and more recognized by the society compared with the many advantages exhibited by mechanical products, and have become mainstream. promoting products. At present, the functions of the ultrasonic heat meter mainly include flow accumulation and storage, heat accumulation and storage, and remote meter reading function. In the heating control, there is no perfect control interface for the customer. The customer can only manually adjust the heating pipe. The size of the switch and the flow rate cannot flexibly control the indoor heating system according to time, indoor environment and whether there is someone in the room, resulting in a large waste of resources.

The above picture is the intelligent heating controller architecture diagram we designed. The original design is to provide customers with flexible heating control interface, maximizing resource conservation and achieving environmental protection.

On the basis of the traditional ultrasonic heat meter, we added the timing control and remote control of the indoor heating system to reduce the heating flow when no one is in the house during the day. Let the heating system start working in advance before leaving work, and ensure that when going home. The temperature reaches the temperature value you set, and the heating flow can be dynamically adjusted in real time by detecting the room temperature, saving money for the user and saving energy for the society.
