0 Preface
Energy consumption is an important and controllable part of an enterprise's production costs. Reducing energy consumption is an important way for enterprises to reduce production costs. With the continuous progress of society and the continuous development of science and technology, energy-saving technologies and equipment such as high-efficiency boilers and kilns, motors and dragging equipment, waste heat and pressure utilization equipment, energy-saving instruments and equipment have been widely used in all aspects of the production process of enterprises. The energy consumption (mainly electricity consumption) of office management of production enterprises is also an important part of their energy consumption, but because of their small proportion in the total energy consumption, they are often ignored in the implementation of energy-saving transformation of enterprises. If an energy monitoring system is established in an office building of an enterprise and the energy consumption is classified and measured by computer and other auxiliary means, high energy consumption points and unnecessary energy consumption can be found. On this basis, strengthening energy consumption assessment management can often be used The result is more effective with less effort.
This article introduces in detail how to establish effective office management energy consumption monitoring for production-oriented enterprises in conjunction with the online monitoring system for energy consumption (electric energy) of the newly built office building of Pier 5 of Jiangyin Port Group Co., Ltd.
1 Power distribution and construction goals
The newly built office building of Pier 5 of Jiangyin Port Group Co., Ltd. is a three-story office building. The main power supply line of this building is introduced from the 0.4kV distribution circuit of the terminal 5 # substation to the main distribution box. The main distribution box is located outside the network computer room on the first floor, with a main switch and a main switch on each floor, and then a radial and dry mixed power distribution mode is used to lead the power to each office. Each office is equipped with a separate PZ30 distribution box. In order to facilitate the classification of electrical energy consumption, the power is distributed to the air conditioning power and lighting socket power after being introduced into each office. The following figure 1 shows the distribution of the offices on the third floor of the office building:

After full discussion, the system builder and contractor believe that the energy consumption online monitoring system should achieve the following goals:
(1) The power consumption of each office is measured separately according to the power consumption of air conditioners and lighting sockets, so as to track the fluctuation range of energy consumption and achieve accurate prediction of energy consumption;
(2) Summarize statistics of power consumption of various offices according to departments, and display in various forms such as charts and curves to realize energy consumption monitoring and avoid unreasonable energy consumption;
(3) The benchmark value of electricity consumption can be established, which can serve as a reminder of excess electricity consumption or abnormal electricity consumption, realize standardized management of energy consumption, and form a popular standard;
(4) After the system is completed, the display data of the system can be viewed on the computer in the local area network; quantitative analysis of energy consumption, process and detailed management of energy consumption management, energy-saving effect evaluation, and comprehensive management of energy-saving transformation measures;
2 Design and implementation of system networking structure
According to the power distribution of the newly built office building and the distribution of offices, the construction of an online energy consumption monitoring system adopts a hierarchical distributed structure. The system includes: station control management layer, network communication layer, and field equipment layer. The system network structure is shown in Figure 2:

The management measurement and control layer is a human-computer interaction window for the use and maintenance personnel of the system, and it is also the uppermost part of the system. In the construction of this energy consumption online monitoring system, a data server is configured to collect, store and process power consumption information of each loop, a Web server displays a friendly man-machine interface to the user through the Internet, and is set up for the system daily Maintenance engineer's workstation;
The communication control layer is mainly composed of communication servers, interface conversion devices and bus networks, etc. It is a bridge for data exchange. In the project plan, a 8-port data collector is configured in the communication control layer. Taking into account factors such as communication reliability and lightning protection, a serial port isolation device is configured. On the 1st to 3rd floors, connect an RS485 bus to the east and west sides, connect the single-phase meter in each office to the serial server. The communication bus uses shielded twisted pair (RVSP2 × 0.75), and Φ25 pipe is laid along the wall to each room. ;
The field device layer is mainly connected to various types of instruments used for electrical parameter collection and measurement in the network, and is also a necessary basic element for constructing the power distribution system. In order to establish a sub-metering system for electricity consumption, two single-phase one-time access rail-type energy meters were installed in the PZ30 box of each office during the design of the project, and the air-conditioning electricity and lighting sockets of the office were measured separately. Electricity. Based on this design scheme, 32 single-phase meters are equipped in 16 offices on the first floor of the office building, 34 single-phase meters are equipped in 17 offices on the second floor (including meeting rooms), and 17 offices (including meeting rooms) are located on the third floor. 34 single-phase meters are configured, and the total distribution box is equipped with 4 three-box meters.
3 System function design and implementation
The energy consumption online monitoring system has designed the following software functions around the goal of system construction:
(1) Clear metering system structure of electricity circuit The office building of Jiangyin Port Group has three floors. The energy consumption system is installed with two energy meters at the main entrance of the office building, each floor, and each office, which are used to measure air conditioning. Electricity and lighting socket electricity, combined with four electricity meters, the whole system has set up 104 measurement points, and established an electricity measurement system covering the entire office building. The metering system display function is established in the system software. As shown in Figure 3, system users can clearly understand the distribution level of the office building through this function interface;

(2) Energy management ERP
System management or maintenance personnel can also configure the name of the power branch, power type (air conditioning power, lighting socket power), affiliation, type of energy meter and other information through the power circuit information maintenance function. This function allows the system to The power consumption of each power circuit is automatically counted by department, and the management power consumption can be divided by department to establish a power management ERP distribution function similar to financial ERP. This function facilitates the maintenance of the system when information changes such as changes in the department to which the office belongs. The configuration interface is shown in Figure 4;

(3) The main interface of the power consumption display and energy consumption ranking system can intuitively display the current month's electricity consumption, last month's electricity consumption, current year's electricity consumption, the same period of last year's total electricity consumption and current month in the form of data and bar graphs Daily air-conditioning power consumption combined with the trend of temperature changes, the average and comparison of power consumption of lighting sockets in the month, and the ranking of power consumption of various departments in the month, the enterprise energy conservation office or enterprise management personnel can intuitively understand the enterprise through this interface Overview of electricity consumption. As shown in Figure 5;

(4) Energy saving potential mining-analysis of electricity consumption during non-working hours The energy management system software has the function of displaying the electricity consumption of each circuit on a daily basis, and the non-working daily electricity is displayed in a blue column, and the daily consumption is calibrated The average line of electricity, if a certain day's electricity consumption is significantly higher than the normal normal electricity consumption, then the electricity consumption loop of the system can be used to find out the power consumption points and make necessary corrections to prevent the occurrence of abnormal power consumption. (5) Time-segmented energy management The energy management system can set the peak, flat and valley time periods and rates in the software according to the electricity tariff standard of the power supply bureau, and can also set the working and non-working time periods according to the actual situation of the customer. Unreasonable electricity consumption during non-working hours of each circuit can be found, and rewards and punishment measures are adopted to make employees develop the habit of turning off electricity-using equipment in time after work, as shown in Figure 8 Peak, flat and valley power consumption display;

(6) Establish performance evaluation measures. The office building is mainly used for administrative offices. The system divides each office into each department according to customer requirements. The system automatically completes the statistics and analysis of department energy consumption, and can enter the number of department personnel in the system information maintenance. , Building area and other information of various departments, and conduct comprehensive ranking analysis based on comprehensive power consumption, per capita power consumption, and power consumption per unit area, and can enter power consumption limit information for various departments and offices, when the power consumption is close to or When it is higher than the limit, a prompt message will pop up automatically, as shown in Figure 9 for the department's comprehensive power consumption ranking;

(7) The electricity consumption statistical report system software automatically collects and generates monthly electricity consumption reports according to departments. The report can be submitted to finance or automatically transferred to the financial ERP system, which is convenient for independent accounting of each department, as shown in Figure 10. ;

Through the realization of the above software functions, the energy consumption management assessment unit has reasonably formulated the power consumption benchmark value of each department, and fed back the electricity consumption to the various departments with financial data, and established an effective energy consumption management assessment system. Through the construction of the system and the establishment of the system, the energy-saving awareness of the enterprise management office staff has been greatly improved, and the energy consumption of the enterprise management office has been effectively saved.
4 Conclusion
The design of the online monitoring system for enterprise management office energy consumption is mainly to establish a set of computer-aided management software that meets the actual needs of users in combination with information technology. The system software obtains the original data of the power consumption process through real-time data collection and automatic storage; Realize, optimize and integrate data, and display it to enterprise management personnel with a friendly and intuitive human-machine interface, provide data support for the improvement of its power management model, establish a power consumption assessment mechanism, and thus realize the scientific management of office power .
