(I) LED lighting products
A total of 11 batches of products from 8 companies were qualified, and 7 batches were qualified. The qualification rate was 63.6%, and the physical quality was 9 batches. The pass rate of physical quality was 81.8%. The main detection indicators are: signs, protective grounding devices, measures to prevent accidental contact with live parts, moisture and insulation, dielectric strength, structure, screws, closure parts and connections, lamp power, power factor, initial efficacy/flux, color Characteristics, interchangeability, protection against accidental contact with live parts, insulation resistance and dielectric strength after moisture treatment, mechanical strength, harmonics, etc.
There are 4 batches of signs that are not qualified. Performance in the absence of rated voltage or voltage range, rated power or rated frequency and other important indicator values, some companies did not even mark the source. This shows that the lack of understanding of standards by enterprises has not attracted enough attention and it is easy to mislead consumers and cause misuse of products.
There were 2 batches of color characteristics that failed the color rendering index. The color rendering index is an important index reflecting the light parameters of the LED. The parameter refers to the degree of distortion of the color of the object when the LED lamp irradiates the object. The higher the color rendering index, the more difficult the illuminated object is to be distorted. The unqualified index indicates that the company has used raw materials that do not meet the requirements in the production process, or the process control has been deviated and no strict factory inspection has been conducted.
(B) LED display products
A total of 2 batches of products were inspected by 2 companies, 1 batch of physical quality was qualified, and the qualification rate of physical quality was 50%. The main testing indicators are: marking and description, protection against electric shock and energy hazards, grounding and connection protection measures, electrical insulation wiring, connection and power supply (general requirements), wiring, connection and power supply (connection with the AC grid), and structural requirements ( Stability), structural requirements (mechanical strength), etc.
There was a batch of grounding and connection protection measures failed. The standard stipulates that if the protection connection conductor is insulated, the color of the insulation should be green and yellow. This sample is not implemented according to the regulations, and it is likely to cause the user to connect the grounding wire to the L and N poles in the wiring process, causing personal injury. , equipment danger.
