Zhuhai Honghe Bridge Project and Hezhou South Interchange Project Construction Engineering All Risks and Third Party Liability Insurance (HHBX1～HHBX4) Bid (Second Bidding) Tender Notice

The bidding project of Honghai Bridge in Zhuhai City and the Hezhou South Interchange Project were approved by the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission with the approval of the Guangdong Development and Communications Communications Letter [2015] No. 5746 and the Yuet-Feng Transport Letter [2016] No. 4958. The project owners are Zhuhai Honghe Bridge Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Hegang Expressway Co., Ltd. The construction fund comes from self-raised funds of the company and domestic bank loans. The proportion of project investment is 30%: 70%, and the bidder is Zhuhai Honghe Bridge Co., Ltd. The project has already met the conditions for tendering. The project is now conducting a second open tender for construction project all-risk and third-party liability insurance in the manner of post-eligibility trial. Specially interested bidders are invited to participate in the bid according to the contents of the tender announcement.

The Zhuhai Honghe Bridge is located at Hongwan, Nanping Town, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City. It connects the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge connecting line and crosses the Guanghai-Macao Highway Zhuhai Section and the Hengqin Second Bridge. It crosses Hongwanyong and Hongwan to the west. Waterway, Modaomen waterway to Hezhou, and the end point is connected with Hezhou-Gaolan Expressway at Hezhou South Interchange.
(1) Construction site: Zhuhai City.
(2) Construction scale: Main projects include: Hongwan East Approach Bridge (prestressed concrete continuous beam and prestressed concrete box girder structure), Hongwan main channel bridge (double-tower double cable surface composite beam Bridge, Span (73+162+500+162+73) m), Modaomen main channel bridge (double-tower double cable surface composite beam cable-stayed bridge, span combination (73+162+500+162+ 73) m), Modaomen Auxiliary Channel Bridge (continuous rigid frame bridge (85+2×160+85)m), Modaomen non-naval bridge (PC segment assembled continuous box girder (20×60) m) ), Hezhou South Approach Bridge (prestressed concrete box girder structure), Hezhou South interchange.
(3) Technical Standards: The Honghe Bridge adopts the standard of expressway, and the designed speed is 100km/h. The two-way six-lane road is adopted for the whole line and the bridge is 2x16.25m wide. Bridge and culvert design Vehicle load: Highway-I grade, asphalt concrete pavement. The Hezhou South Interchange Jiangzhu Main Line Bridge adopts a two-way, four-lane freeway standard with a design speed of 120km/h and a subgrade width of approximately 26.5m. Its Hegang high-speed mainline bridge adopts a two-way 6-lane freeway standard with a design speed of 100km/h and a subgrade width. By 33.5 meters, the bridge culvert design vehicle load: Highway - I level.
(4) Insurance period: 24 months after the date of issuance of the project start-up order until the date of issuance of the acceptance certificate for the project, including the construction period, the automatic extension period and the 24-month guarantee period.
1Construction period: From the date of issuance of the engineering work permit to the date of the completion of the project acceptance certificate (of which the construction period of HHTJ1 to HHTJ3 is 42 months, and that of HHTJ4 and Hezhou South is 36 months). If the project is not accepted after the expiry of the project, this insurance period will be automatically postponed for six months and will not be subject to any additional insurance premiums, but the insured must notify the insurer 30 days in advance. For a free extension period of more than 6 months, the insurance company will receive premiums on a daily basis, which is equal to (total premium/original construction period)* (construction extension period -6).
2 Guarantee period: 24 months after the date of issuance of the acceptance certificate for the project.
(5) The scope of the tendering: Zhuhai Honghe Bridge Project HHTJ1 ~ HHTJ4 tender section and Hezhou South Interchange construction risk and third party liability insurance.
5.1 All bidders intending to participate in the bid are invited to do so from 9:30 to 11:30 and 14:00 to 16:00 daily from February 15, 2017 to February 21, 2017 (excluding legal holidays, statutory holidays). (Beijing time, the same below)
