2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Construction Location: Foshan City
2.2 Construction Scale: This tender includes three items, namely: property management services, greening and maintenance services, student and trainees, and staff canteen expenses. The estimated amount of purchase of property management services from the training base of the Foshan Power Supply Bureau from 2018 to 2019 is approximately 15.88831 billion yuan, and the estimate of purchase of greening maintenance services from the training base of the Foshan Power Supply Bureau from 2018 to 2019 is estimated at RMB 91.69 million. 2.3 Service Cycle:

2.4 Bidding scope:
(1) During the service period, the Foshan Power Supply Bureau training base provides property management services, greening maintenance services, student and staff dining and internal reception meal management services. The specific parameters such as the floor area, trainees and staff are detailed in Annex 3 of this announcement. , In which the student and employee dining and internal reception meal management service requirements:
1) The service company shall set up a separate account for this project. All purchased goods must be formal and legally invoiced and subject to entrusting party supervision;
2) The service company must have a fixed and qualified kitchen worker on site for this project.
3) The number of diners is based on the actual number of people.
3. Bidder qualification requirements
1) It has an independent legal personality and holds a valid legal business license.
2) The qualifications of a property service company with a credit certificate of level 3 and above or a property service company with level 3 and above (certificate of level 2 or 3 of a real estate service company must be within the validity period);
3) At the same time, it must meet the business scope of the business license including the employee's meal or catering management service, and there are no food safety accidents and bad records in the past three years; do not accept the catering company;
4) At the same time, the business license must include the business scope of the landscaping maintenance or greening project;
5) Qualifications for Class 5 or above qualifications for the "Installation (Repair, Trial) Power Facilities Permit" for the undertaking class;
6) The bidder has a good financial status in the past three years, has good bank credit and business reputation, has not been ordered to suspend business, property has been taken over, frozen, and bankruptcy;
7) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or management relationship, and may not participate in the same tender for the same subject or for the same subject that has not been subdivided.
8) The bidder shall complete the registration of the supplier's registration on the China Southern Power Grid Company's Sunshine e-commerce platform ();
9) If the bidder (including the bidder’s principal, agent, or other entity that has a relationship with the bidder for sales, labor, or service, etc.) has ever existed in the process of participating in the tendering and bidding activities or economic transactions of the China Southern Power Grid Corporation system In case of illegal activities, since the day when the China Southern Power Grid Corporation issued a document concerning the publication of the illegal act, it will not accept the bidder’s participation in the company’s tendering and bidding activities within the specified time. 11) The Commonwealth does not accept bids for this project.
