For aquarium lighting fixtures, nightlights with power sockets, and recessed floor lighting products, applicants may apply for certification according to the new standard or apply for certification according to the original standard before February 1, 2010. From February 1, 2010, related The designated certification body shall adopt the new standard to implement certification and issue a new standard certification. For other luminaire products other than the above three types of products, before February 1, 2010, the applicant may apply for certification according to the new standard or apply for certification according to the old standard; from February 1, 2010, the relevant designated certification body shall adopt the new standard. For the luminaire product certified according to the old standard, the certificate holder shall complete the conversion of the new standard certificate by February 1, 2011; before May 1, 2011, if the certificate conversion work is not completed, the certification body shall Revocation of the corresponding certificate. For certified products that have been shipped to the market before February 1, 2010 and are no longer produced, no certificate conversion is required.
