Taian City Huanshan Road Green Road light box change, cable procurement project public tender announcement

Under the entrustment of the Tai’an Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, tenders for green road light boxes, cable procurement projects and related services at Huanshan Road in Tai’an City were organized through public tendering. Qualified bidders were welcome to participate in the tender.

2. Project Name: Green Road Light Box Change and Cable Purchase Project of Huanshan Road, Tai'an City

3. Project Content: The procurement and installation of a street light box has been changed to include three remote equipments and anti-theft devices; the procurement cable is 850 meters (excluding installation). A total of one bid section (see the contents of the bill of quantities).

4, bid control price

The bid control price for this project is 216,000 yuan (of which: box change budget 165,000 yuan, cable budget 51,000 yuan).

5, bidder qualification requirements

5.1 comply with the relevant conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;

5.2 The manufacturer who provides the production capacity of this procurement of street light boxes shall have the permit for the installation (repair, test) of electric power facilities and the qualification grades of the categories of bearing, service, and test are all at level 5 or above or Have qualifications for professional contractors (including) and above in power transmission and transformation projects or qualifications for general contractors (including) and above in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering construction, and have corresponding supply and installation capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc. Effective safety production licenses;

5.3 Bid Applicants must provide the 3C certification and test report of the box change products reported.

5.4 The bidder plans to send the person in charge of the project to be qualified to register as a professional constructor of Grade II and above registered in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, and possess an effective safety production assessment certificate B;

5.5 The Commonwealth does not accept bids for this project.

6. Evaluation method: comprehensive scoring method

This project implements online e-tendering and online evaluation.
